8. Links To Other Web Sites

Dummy Trade has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. 9. Rights in Data License

Subject to User's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants to User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access and use the Data and Third Party Data available via the Web Services solely for its personal purposes. In addition, any Third Party Data may be subject to restrictions of use and require additional license agreements with the Data Owner. While Provider may, in its sole discretion, offer administrative assistance to User in obtaining such additional licenses, User is solely responsible for obtaining all required license agreements with each Data Owner pursuant to User's use of such Third Party Data. If User does not obtain a required license agreement for any portion of the Third Party Data and as such is in violation of the Data Owner's licensing requirements, Provider may terminate access to the unlicensed portion of Third Party Data until User obtains such license agreements with the Data Owner.

10. Trade terms

By subscribing to the service offered by Dummy Trade, the User agrees that: (i) he is responsible for reading the complete list of the service before committing to contract it (ii) he enters into a legally binding contract to contract the service, which will be of indefinite duration as long as the User complies with the conditions, the established payments and the fluctuation of the market price of the chosen assets allows the operation to be carried out.

The User may cancel their service at any time, communicating it to the email address support@dummytrade.com and assuming the obligation to pay for the service enjoyed until the date of cancellation.

The price to be charged for the use of our services is 25% of the benefits obtained by the User. On the 1st of each month, the User will be informed by email of the amount of funds that must be transferred to the Dummy Trade account. The deadline that the User has to make said payment is until the 5th of the same month until 23:59:59 UTC. In the event that the User does not pay his monthly payment, the system will automatically close all open positions, if any, and Dummy Trade reserves the right to cancel the service.

Payment will be made differently depending on the Exchange associated with the plan. All transaction fees will be borne by the User. The following list shows the different processes:

Dummy Trade reserves the right to change percentages at any time, for the products displayed, and to correct percentage or price errors that may inadvertently occur.

Subscription fees exclude taxes, duties, taxes, fees, and other government charges (including but not limited to VAT). The User is responsible for the payment of all taxes and any related interest and / or penalties resulting from any payment made below, other than any tax based on Dummy Trade's net income.

11. Affiliation program

"Affiliate" in the definition of the Terms is a registered and active existing User in Dummy Trade, not prohibited, blocked or subject to sanctions or limitations, who have accepted this Agreement and therefore expressed the intention to participate in the program of Dummy Trade attracting new Users via Referral Link.

Affiliate can involve any person who can become an User of the Software, in any way possible and in any way not contrary to the law, ensuring that such persons: (i) have sufficient legal age to use the Software, (ii) they are not under the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the use of similar Software, (iii) they are aware that the use of the Software is at their own discretion and under their own responsibility.

The Affiliate has no authority and must not: (i) initiate negotiations with or obtain orders from Dummy Trade, (ii) enter into or conclude agreements (including preliminary or verbal agreements) with any person on behalf of Dummy Trade, (iii) present yourself as an employee or partner of Dummy Trade, (iv) collide with other existing or potential Users of the Software in order to obtain any illegal benefit from this Agreement, (v) make statements or provide guarantees or guarantees in relation to the Software, (vi) reduce, damage or reduce the reputation, image and prestige of Dummy Trade and/or the Software.

This association between Affiliate and any person who can become a User of the Software is possible thanks to a session cookie (cookie valid until the browser is closed).

Dummy Trade will pay to the Affiliate a commission calculated as the 20% of the percentage of benefit of Dummy Trade generated by any User associated to the Affiliate by the affiliation code. This commission will be paid only if the associated User makes the payment within the terms of point 10 of this Agreement. The form in which commissions are paid varies according to the exchange in which they were generated. The following table contains a summary for Exchange and for Cryptocurrency:

Dummy Trade reserves a deadline to pay commissions until 23:59:59 UTC on the 15th of each month. When the commissions are paid, all the transaction costs will be borne by the Affiliate.

Dummy Trade shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to (i) change the percentage or specifications of this Agreement, (ii) temporarily suspend or permanently cancel this Agreement, Reference Account and terminate all relevant settlements, if there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of the Agreement by the Affiliate.

12. Early termination of the contractual relationship

Because, for security reasons, the funds always remain in the accounts of the Users, there are several factors that could prematurely interrupt the contractual relationship and therefore stop the operation of the algorithms. These factors are described below:
- Inability to operate due to cancellation and / or invalidity of the API KEY, both by the User and by third parties
- Impossibility to operate due to lack of funds present in the User's account

13. Applicable law, competent jurisdiction and notifications

These conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Spain. For any claim the courts and tribunals of Valencia will be competent.

All notifications, requests, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to Dummy Trade must be made in writing and it will be understood that they have been correctly made when they have been received at the email address support@dummytrade.com.
